Our firm can provide you with construction permit for either new construction, major and minor alterations. We can handle the process from start to finish by providing architectural drawings, file process and obtain necessary sign offs.

Queens Engineering has the experience to obtain NYC DOB plumbing permit. We can design the plumbing drawings and get the approved within short time. We have also partnered with Master Plumbers that can perform your project.

We have completed numerous boiler replacements  applications and we familiar with the process. If you need to replace or convert your boiler from gas, electric or oil we can manage all paperwork and designs.

 Based on NYC electrical Code, most electrical work is required to get a permit, including handling of electrical wires that is performed in a residential home or business. We can handle the DOB’s Electrical permits application and submit necessary documents. 

We can resolve any open DOB or DOT violations and comply with New York City’s Construction Codes or Zoning Resolution.

If you constructing a new building or filled for alteration and the work will result in a new or amended Certificate of Occupancy – the sidewalks and portions of the streets facing those new building or alteration lots must be improved or refurbished, therefore you will need to submit BPP to DOB and or BOT for approval.
